Public quote links customers can open anywhere

Generate a secure tokenised link for each quote. Your customer sees your branding, line items, totals, terms snapshot, and any customer-visible job photos. They can view or print a PDF-style document from the link.

SMS OTP verification on approval

Before approving, the customer requests a verification code sent by SMS to the Australian mobile number on file (+614 format). Twilio Verify handles this step — it is only used for quote approval, not for sending your quote links.

Terms acceptance and full name

The customer must accept your terms snapshot (checkbox) and type their full legal name to approve. After approval, they see confirmation with approver name and timestamp. Quote status updates to approved.
