Agreement

By accessing propertradie.com.au or using the ProperTradie app at app.propertradie.com.au, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service description

ProperTradie provides mobile-first quoting, invoicing, customer approval links, manual payment tracking, expenses, feedback and AI-assisted admin tools for Australian trade businesses.

ProperTradie does not process card payments from your customers, provide accounting integrations, or send automated SMS delivery of your quote and invoice links.

Features and availability may change as the product develops.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions (ProperTradie Pro Monthly) are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Web subscriptions are managed via Stripe. iPhone subscriptions may be managed via Apple. AI credit top-ups are separate one-time purchases where offered.

Free trial terms apply as described at sign-up. Confirm trial duration in your account.

You are responsible for keeping payment details current and for cancellation through the correct billing provider.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of quotes, invoices, tax treatment, terms and business records you create.

You must comply with applicable laws, including Australian consumer, tax and trade requirements.

AI-generated drafts require your review. We do not guarantee pricing accuracy or regulatory compliance of AI output.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use public links to harass or defraud others.

Expand with your lawyer's full acceptable use and suspension terms.

Limitation of liability

ProperTradie is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Specific liability limits, indemnities and Australian Consumer Law carve-outs must be set by legal counsel.
