Business and customer details

Your business name, ABN, phone and email. Customer name and site address. For commercial jobs, note the contact person approving work.

ProperTradie snapshots company and customer details onto each quote so records stay accurate.

Line items with quantities and rates

Each line should have description, quantity, unit price and line total. Separate labour and materials where it helps the customer understand value.

Discounts and call-out fees should be explicit lines, not hidden adjustments.

Photos for scope-heavy jobs

Before photos on painting, landscaping, roofing and renovation quotes set expectations. Mark which photos customers can see on approval links.
